As you all know if you have seen the videos I have been doing, the RAGE TAIL FROGS are hot! We have been catching some real decent bass on them all over Delaware and maryland. Right now they are on sale and most orders are free shipping. The Rage Tail by Strike King brings a revolutionary new look to soft plastics. Each Rage Tail Lure has a unique and exclusive tail design and is engineered like no other soft plastic bait. The Rage Tail is designed with a specific purpose and uses customized hi-grade plastics for superior action. You won't believe the splash, noise or other action that each rage tail has!The Strike King Rage Toad is best rigged weightless with the eyes up on the toad, on a 4/0 to 6/0 wide gap hook. They can be fished on top of the surface for some amazing top water action.

Horny toad is a very subtle toad going threw the water. Now the Rage tail is the complete opposite, it makes the most ruckess than any other toad on the market. So if the bass are wanting something with more wake and sound your answer is yes. It throws out more splash than a buzzbait to give you an example of the action.

I use Rage Tails almost exclusively, when throwing a soft plastic toad or frog type bait. This spring you will see us using Rage tails in a varity of water from small ponds to the rivers with numerous giant bass being caught on them with tremendous explosions. Stay tuned. I love the hole ragetail line but the shad is my number one and the smoking roster is second followed up by the toad. I especially can't wait to try out the new tru tungsten double hook this year maybe turn some of the blow ups into more fish landed.

I mainly use green pumpkin with a pear belly or watermelon red those are the only two colors I throw. I fish clear water alot so I try to keep them natural.

I throw those but also throw the blue and the shad colors. They all work, but it seems like in the stained to muddy waters and at low light periods the darker colors work best. But they are a fast bait worked in heavy cover a lot so it is not as important as with other baits.

I just got the rage tail shads and can't wait to throw them. I'm also looking forward to picking up some of the roosters and eliminators. Even the craws seem to have a great action.
