THE BASS COLLEGE

Harris, Jordan, and Falls lake , located in central NC offer the best shot at a trophy bass in the state.  Every year several bass over 10 pounds are caught on these lakes.  i usually make several trips a year to Falls and  sometimes Harris.   Although I havent caught a 10 lber yet i have been fortunate to catch quite a few in the 5 - 7 lb. range.   The fish in the picture came from Harris a couple years ago in early March.  The water was clear and 52 deg.  The fish was taken on a lucky craft staysee 90 in chartruce shad on a deep rocky point.  Looking forward to going back soon.   I dont know what this fish weighed because my scales battery was dead. fish released for someone else to enjoy.
