Everstart Battery warranty statement: Spoke to Johnson controls, and Walmart Corp. Both state that the new 29m series Everstart marine Maxx batteries come with a STRAIGHT 18 MONTH FREE REPLACEMENT warranty. There is no more pro-rated warranties from Wally World. This actually comes to a better warranty than Interstae which is 12 MONTHS FREE REPLACEMENT and the pro-rated from the date of ORIGINAL PURCHASE, not the date after the 12 month warranty expires. So a $100.00 battery after 15 months would be worth $6.67 per month. I have just completed 1 month of research on so many batteries and warranties that I finaly decided on 2 Everstarts for 85/each or the Advance auto with the sale going on. Some of the areas I fish contributed to my decision about the purchase and if there would be a quick replacement if needed. I bought 2 Everstarts. I will be using them hard starting this weekend and will post updates as to problems or not. Removing 2 Trojan batteries that after 3 years the price was not worth the power, or lack of after 3 years. buying 2 Everstarts = 1 Trojan lower end model as the ones I replaced were 265.00. Hope this helps someone who was also on the fence.
