Fished Rhodhiss yesterday morning. Nothin doing on top waters, no takers on the jig. Decided to salvage the day with some senkos. However, I was out of them. Well, almost out- I had a pack of purle laminate that I received from The Bass College last year. Typically this isn't a color I would use. Turns they were just what the fished wanted. Caught a dozen by lunch time. Mostly males up shallow, but did catch one large post spawn female. Long fish that was about 2lbs lighter than she should have been. ANyway, a lot of fun and thanks again for the Baits!

You did a lot better then I did. Fished up past the bridge form 6:30 to about 9:30 with only a few small bites, then rode up to Johns River and had the same luck. No fish but a great day.

Welcome aboard THilis. Don't know about you, buy the last couple of years I have considered the Hiss to be somewhat of a "tough" bass fishery.
