7 pounds flat.. and she had no belly at all, caught her on a black and blue swing jig, paca craw type trailer.Just got my Dirtyjig in today (waiting for more on back order). So tomorrow im gunna see wht these GRANDE BASS and this DIRTYJIG are all about!! ill show a pic of my first good one on the DJ...

Yea it's a pretty good spot..that was my first time being there and caught that bass on like my 3rd cast with the jig. i was PUMPEd!!!!! ( ill deffinetly be going back)lol

I know you probably hear this a lot.. But, I honestly think if I lived in Florida I would catch bass like this weekly at least... I see SOOO many good fish from Florida and from people who don't even know what they are talking about when they talk about bass fishing... Maybe not weekly but I would catch a ton this size... I see people go on Okeechobee and catch 5 or more this size... Crazy! Also, they have all those expensive subdivisions stacked with big bass! Same with Cali.. I think as far as the size of the average bass and number of good bass it goes 1.Florida 2.California 3.Texas But I have never fished Fla or Cali so I don't know from experience its just what I hear. Man I wanna go fish these places so bad!!!!

Haha yeah I have fished a couple lakes in Ohio.. pretty tough. I have family just north of Colombus... Its a real pretty area though. However, I asked a few of the people bass fishing how many they caught and I out fished em all (bout 10 people) Not bad for me never fishing there before! I had about an 8-11 pound bag both days I fished there

Yea there are alot of them i have caught well over 10 Seven pounders, i feel like thats my lucky weight. only a couple have been 8 and 9 and just one that was 11.. once i get a boat i should be throwing 7+ pound picks up every day.. not just every week.
