We went out at 8am but this time to the dam side which was crystal clear. There was not a cloud in the sky and it was hot with winds at 35+ and 20 mph constant. I got 1 on a Keitech swimbait, 1 on a dropshot and 3 on the ZDirty Jig w/Grandebass tailer. Yesterday was clody, windy drizzle and perfect fishing conditions but over 15 boats came in with zero, why? Every book says it would be perfect, was it the pressure from the hurricane? Today was bluebird skies and hot and I caught 5 nice fish the biggest at 3.4.
