Hey guys, nice site.  Just started bass fishing again after a ten year layoff.  I live near Newark and used to fish most of the downstate ponds plus tidal rivers of the Eastern Shore and Upper Bay.  Now I just hit a pond every once in a while.  Seems  like the price of everything has doubled in those ten years, but everything else seems about the same.  Well, except one thing...what the heck's a chatterbait??

I remeber when I first saw a chatterbait at TW last spring , and I thought it looked intresting so I ordered one. First fishing trip of the year , first cast out bam i hooked into a 3.5lber after that I was hooked on them.

A chatterbait is what you get when it is extremely cold out and you are shaking like all heck trying to cast!  :0p

Great to use yo at Spruce Run on the points where the wood has jammed up.
