This past weekend... We caught these on Dirty jigs w/ speed craws and paca craws . caught several more on Grande bass beavers and mega claws Texas rigged with a 1/4 oz. weight pegged. The water temps were 62 -68. Stained water. blue bird skys with light winds, With the full moon just around the corner we knew where they would be.lol. Bass were caught in 3- 9 feet under cover and drop offs. The pattern seemed to work good for both days. We started with pegged plastics and caught a bunch in the 2 maybe 3 lb range some a little bigger. | |

I'm waiting to see what uncle Tommy sets up for a date.... Hopefuly he gives me a little more time then a day and a half heads up.... if so i might have to play the G.C.............LOL | |

I just started throwing jigs this year. The Dirty's are what i built my confidence on so its what im sticking with. If its not broke, Dont fix it. | |

the rattle trap is in my opinion the second most versitle lure. I use it year round and have a pole solely for my red eye shads

Nice fishies scotty. Told you bout that rattle trap bite at cook! I caught a 2-3 pound smallie and a 4 pound largie from the same spot on back to back casts! ![]()

i always post them but hardly get anyone to go. its always a boat situation. all you need is a jonboat, trolling motor and a cooler with aerator. Do you have a boat Corey?

no sir i do not i could use my neighbors but is one of those little pontoons that has a trollin motor 55lb i could use that and get a cooler if i had to but i usually am a co angler so i dont have my own boat<
