The site is getting too big and I am getting too many personal emails, comments, and problems, to run the forums by myself and still do what makes the site great in my opinion, and that is QUALITY VIDEOS, SPONSORS, CONTENT, MARKETING, and GOOD DETAILED REPORTS.

This is what I need to concentrate on here so as you know already, TOM WOLVERTON is the Site Administrator and Sales/Marketing rep as well as the Pro Staff Administrator, so all questions, comments, etc go to him first, and I have the final say after he is contacted.

As of today, SCOTT BARBOSA, is the Asst. Site Administrator, under Tom, and he should be the first or second person to contact with any questions, comments or problems.

Nothing has changed, I own and run this site, but in order to do what I do with this many members I need you all to talk to these people first and they are in charge.

There will be a lot of changes in format,. reporting, content, contests, and members this coming year, so I hope this will take care of any problems we have had. We want to help the younger members grow and learn and do their best, but If we can't get the respect and cooperation from them in return, then we will just make the site for 16 and over, with restrictions, so lets all try to help out and make this what it should be so that does not have to happen.

Thanks Steve

For 2012, We are RESTRUCTURING the entire Pro Staff programs we offer.

We will have 3 Pro Staffs here.

One is a PROMOTIONAL STAFF, which will be for all the younger Pro Staff that have not moved up to real tournaments yet, and are under 18 years of age. They will be promoting the site by talking about it in bass clubs, shows, to friends, and on the internet. They will be compensated with business cards, free baits and promo offers we get from sponsors, and a hat, shirt, etc and will be working towards moving up to a more lucrative postion after they are 18 or start fishing a more serious level of tournaments.

The other Pro Staff will be anglers who are fishing an actual trail in either a co angler (non-boater), status, or as a Boater (Pro), but in the major Events such as the Bassmaster opens, FLW Tour, Opens, Won Bass, and Everstart.

They will receive a custom tournament Jersey, cards, free baits, and other monetary offers as well. We will only have 3 of these Pro Staff at this level, and they will be selected after consideration by myself and Tom Wolverton. It is more than just wearing a shirt!

Details on this will be posted in January before we start making our decisions on who is going to be part of each staff.

ALL PRO STAFF of every level must check in to the site on a regular basis and be able to answer questions or the contracts we make with you will be null and void!

The other will be a PRO STAFF Level 2. This will consist of anglers who have already proven themselves in local and club tournaments and lower level events like the BFL or Bassmaster Weekend series, Federation, etc. and are going to be fishing these same type of events in 2012. They will have the same duties as the Promotional Staff but will receive additional compensation for wins on the trail and for creating more sales at club levels, etc details will be explained later to each person.

As you know we have 2 new Promotional staff members here for 2012, and you all know them. The reason they are moderatos and now on the Promotional Staff is because they already performed to that level on their own, with no prompting, for a long time, because they believe in the site and what we do here, and have been promoting and getting members and learning the site, without being asked.

We are glad to have both of them along with us this year.

They are :

RICK McHALE and TIM M. (Ranger).

Thanks guys!  I'm hoping to get some other Maine Fisherman here. It's taking me a little more time then I though. So many of these Tournament fisherman don't want too talk . No one wants to give up those secrets ! But I'm not going to give up and I've already gotten a few to sign up.
