THE BASS COLLEGE

Fished a tournament on athens saturday from 6am to 3pm fished with one of the guys from the bass club me and my dad are in. His trolling motor stopped working so he threw us on a boat with someone else who was an extremely nice guy and we were using everything and we did not get a bite so he said here try this it was a little clip on weight a ft up from the texas rigged grandebass rattlesnake trophy hunter color and i threw it into a pile of sticks then hooked into a 2.21 if I can remember and then anohter one out of the same pile which was 5.74 then i was throwing a 6ft diving pizz customs rapala crankbait in the middle then a 2.4 grabbed that i finished with 10.55 me and my partner finished 6th out of 32 with 17.11 which wasn't too bad not fantastic but not bad and i one a rod rack at the end.water stayed at 61 degrees and 30mph winds. here are some pics of two of three fish i caught

That's AWESOME!!! Now for the bad part Austin, You are now formally going to be HOOK"D on tournament fishing. Which is an more awesome. Nice job, and did your dad catch any on the grub?lol

thanks guys no simon my dad didn't catch anything he isn't such a good worm fisherman but he is working on it lol and he tried a grub and had a couple hits in a brush pile
