Anyone have any input on YUM Money Hound? I have heard conflicting reports. Some say it's a great bait and others say not so great. Thanks.

I've had fair luck with these using the hot dog color.. But from what i've seen and heard the black lab is ideal! Actually watched classic patterns with Timmy Horton recently and his focal point was the money hound. Definitely got some pointers from that and plan to throw it more this coming year. The only downfall I experienced was they seem to tear up quicker than expected but I was still able to catch several fish with one lure. So in my opinion I say its over all a good bait!

I have thrown these and other baits from other companies in the past that were almost exactly the same. In my opinion it is just another extra bait you dont really need. Throw a good frog, Rage Tail, and Flash and combined with a Dirty jig Swimjig with a Netbait Paca Craw trailer, it is all you need near any pads or cover unless you are punching. Thanks guys for the input. I was reading a few comments on the product and quite a few people complained that bait rolled over if not rigged just right. And as mentioned they tend to tear up. Thanks again.

i use the small black lab alot and they do tear alot but what helped me was switching to an extra wide gap hook, using fishing glue, and getting the hook as far back as i can so when i hookem it will slide just past the bend instead of tearing all the way through and hanging by the just the head
