Tom Wolverton and a few others can give you specific information on it but we dont fish the bay this late in the year. If you mean for now, we dont do it Our boats are either winterized now or having work done or things installed, etc we dont fish after December 1st, in our real boats. Now if you mean for anytime other than now or through February, then we have a lot on it, in the video section, articles, and live help talking with us, but for now, we dont do it, dont even know anybody who fishes the bay or Potomac for bass now. I have never fished the Bay or Potomac after December 1st. and never before March 15th, so I cant help. We just don't do it.

I know a area you can get to with your rig.  I will look at my chart book and tell you exactly where it is.  It is a creek that you can fish all day, wood laydowns and everything!  I will PM you when i find it.

There are some videos Kurt and I do that are down by Aberdeen and some other Creeks right there Look in the video section also. Click here<<

Right down along the big long rock Jetty by Aberdeen there are grass flats running there that on the right tides hold good numbers of 3 pound bass that will hit spinnerbaits and Chatterbaits ripped through the grass as well as a RC 1.5. There are some other spots right near there as well especially back in the creek right there as well in the laydowns. I know that is on the videos that say Upper Bay Rivers I had 300 hours of it on old VHS tape but i lost that in a fire a while back.

About 15 years ago my club had a tournament there, alot of us fished right in the bay there. Most fish were caught on blue green colored worms with pink or orange tail ,crab like colors,i think the whole club fished that bait towards the end.Try to find the grass, grass is the key.Spawning  time around then.
