I am pretty sure most of us will be throwing a jerkbait this spring. Since this site covers pretty much of the U.S., what color or color's of jerkbait's due you like for your fishing location's?

I only use a few. I use silver/Black, and Clown sometimes in certain waters, and variations of shad patterns and perch, thats it.

A shad color, a swag custom paint of crystal minnow, really liked the golden shiner which i gave to dubi painted on an LC 100, a CBT custom painted bomber tom gave me, and a clown LC 78? I believe thats the number.

I like Megabass Ito Vision 110 Jerkbaits and I've had hits using Mossback Yellow, Cosmic Shad, Wakin Ayu, and MSS.

I like the shad pattern's most of the time. If the water is real dirty i like firetiger or gold. I also have my own custom color that is a pearl/ blue glimmer that is killer! I had to retire the first one that i custom painted because i was afraid of losing it!! lol

Member Posts: 78 | I have the most luck on Chrome/blue. I use pink/white,clown,and perch patterns also. The rapala flat rap is my favorite but I plan on trying a megabass ito this year.
