What brand, type and weight jig heads are you using on your "A-RIG"?

The components for The Alabama Rig Accessory Kit were chosen by Paul Elias and Andy Poss. These are the items they use when throwing The Alabama-Rig. The kit contains five of the Mann’s Hardnose 4.5" swimbaits and five of the 1/4oz The Alabama-Rig Jig Heads.

The jig heads were designed to provide the weight and style needed for maximum performance of the rig, and the swimbaits have the patented HardNose feature that prevents them from sliding down the jig heads on the cast. Both the jig heads and the swimbaits are only available in Pearl to fit all different rig colors and conditions.

I really want to try ABT's Alabama Rig, its great for me because I will be traveling to states and provinces with different rules, so I can change/take off wires. If I were to throw the A-Rig it would either be on the 7'5Heavy Crucial for the finesse rig and the 7'11Extra Heavy Crucial for Regular Rig. but if I were to have one rod it would be the 7'11 Crucial. I will be thinking about a A-Rig Setup once i order everything else :D its an expensive time of year for many of us! Haha

Although I am wondering if I could throw the finesse rig on a 7'2H rod rated for up to 1 1/2 ounces?

Take a look at the new Donkey Thrasher from Paychecks TackleWarehouse just got in. More finesse and more action, Im about to order some with my next order from them. The jig heads Im using are Yamamoto swimbait heads as well Scrounger heads. Also orders some of the Kalins swimbait jig heads for smaller profile baits. Still trying to figure out the right combination

That's how they troll rattle trap's at the pond's, they could do the same thing with the A rig?  And it would work if they do it right.
