Does anyone know what this is i got it with the lures from Sam and im not sure what it is

Aha, Drop it in the water and watch. There are a few ways to use this. Works great in moving water area, creeks, rivers etc. 

I had a few of them i still have, they always puzzled me, but i threw it on an EWG and it caught!

i put it in some water and it didnt do anything

duh you have to move it with a hook and line and stuff. lol

Thats why I said moving water makes it work.

I believe they called them the "Walking Worm" they were supposed to wrap around each time moved etc

Im with you matthew is it broken,looks like a piece from an old model kit.
