Today it was pretty hot for 2/1/12 but the water was still pretty cold. I started off with a 5in. grub with no luck then i switched to a 4in. sanco wacky rig and t rig had no luck with that then i switched to a spinnerbait slow rolling it. then i saw a fallen tree with swirls on the water and on the second cast right above the tree i got one. I would have got more if i would have had a trailer hook because there was a lot of short strikes
