The Bass College

Caught a few fish today and one really nice blowup on the yum double up rig with 2 booyah buzzbaits on there, Also caught 2 pike while fishing for bass and another one that broke me off. Morning time has been alot better due to the warm weather and during the day its been pretty slow, but we have a boat cutting weeds at the lake i fish witch the bass are swimming near the shoreline looking for crawdads and the pike most be on the move to feeding up because i usually dont catch them. Fun day.

yea i actually did! the one on the frog i think i just had a little to much tension on him when i went down on the rocks and the fish got the better of me there. Still fun

Not hard to break off a Northern Pike on Bass Gear. They have a full mouth of Sharp teeth. I don't think you did anything wrong !
