I wasn't going to go out today becasue I was scheduled to go with Ryan but he called at midnight and had to go all the way back to Maryland because his fathers car broke down, so I decided not to go and just catch up on a lot of things here. When I went to the garage i noticed the boat leaning to one side and when I checked it was a broken leaf spring so I decided to go launch the boat, and work on the trailer. I launched and it looked good so I thought I would just flip a couple of docks and wow!!! LOL Tried to fix the trailer after I got back in but couldn't, needs a new leaf spring, so I stopped and ordered it and it will be in soon. Man, I would have had a serious limit today if I had gone at dawn and stayed till 12 Pm as planned! I had 3 bass that went 12 pounds all on the new prototype colors in the LP Custom jigs.

Nice video Steve. Too bad you didn't get out earlier. i would have loved to see all the big bass you could have caught if you were out there longer. Those are some nice fish though for only being out there 1.5 hours

i had a problem with my trailers leaf spring too.... the bolt connecting the far back right(i have a dual axle) leaf spring to the one in front of that went missing, we had to make an unexpected stop at ace hardware to get a bolt to replace it, used the car jack while the boat was on the trailer and got it fixed pretty well. gonna have to do a more permanant fix later

Lol, Steve you should know by now it's impossible to go near water with a boat and not end up fishing! I went out a couple weekends ago to adjust my shift linkage, told wife I'd be back in an hour. Three hours later, I'm sure my wife was wondering where I was.....
