So Me,Jason, and matt are going down to O'shaughnessy resivior early saturday morning for the adult club's torunament, where we get to prefish for our tournament. Then our Jr. tournament is the next day. Then we have the Jr.State Championships the next weekend! I hoping to throw chatterbaits,a senko, crankbaits, and I'm going to try drop shotting for the first time..I've looked at almost all the dropshot topics and videos here on TBC and I think i have a pretty good idea on how to do it. I will for sure take pictures but i don't think there is a hp limit on the lake so setting up my tripod is kinda risky I dont want my moms camers falling in the water :olol

You strap it down with bungee cords I run at 55 or better with it on, but you can leave the tripod up and put the camera on when you stop or know you are staying in one spot for a while. But a flexible mount from walmart solves all that and is quick and easy to use. Good luck.

Only 40mph on O'shay. Water visibility is also very good.

there is a cove just before the sailboat club on the right as your heading toward dam with a few docks. the last dock as you enter the cove has a tremendous concrete foundation i saw when water levels were low, with rocky bank to the left of dock. great area to try. good luck.however prefishing should be about eliminating water, so target areas you would think couldn't possibly hold fish and prove yourself right; but hopefully get lucky and prove yourself wrong.
