Hey there Marc!!! We have never spoken before, but I'm new to bass fishing and happen to live near the kentlands. I also read on one of your posts that you caught many decent sized fish 6-8 pounds there, which was a shocker to me because I never knew the ponds had fish(or bass at least) hahaha!!!!!! I was wondering if you had any preferences to lakes in the kentlands I would like to catch some big ones for my first season!!!!!!!!!!??? thanks sooo much!!!!!!!!!
I'll try those soon and maybe I'll check out those two ponds at that intersection. If you find any other places close by or within 45 min. of Bethesda, then just tell me. Thanks
Here are a few:
-Gunners Lake on Wisteria Drive in Germantown -The two ponds at Bohrer Park in Gaithersburg -Lake Frank in Rockville -The two ponds at the intersection of Crabbs Branch Way and Redland Road in Rockville always looked fishy but I never fished them
I'm glad you fished it! It is a very good shore fishing lake, I know of plenty more too!
Hey Marc, I fished at Lake Placid today and I caught a couple of nice sized largemouths with the craws you gave me. It's a great lake ! Thanks for telling me about it.
