i live in essex county. i did not do well but about 9 lbs won sooo that should say something. i was at the mercy of my boater and he really did not run too much . stayed closer to the north end. i used a 3/32 jig on a extremely windy day and i was catching fish. its just that either they were short or wrong species. i had heard that the fish had lockjaw and the previous week a jig like mine got a 6lb fish! so after the trap or jerk bait didn't work i used the tiny jig. caught 25 fish just not my day. i also sunk on this guys boat at the end of the tournament. shitty day
