When the water gets abbove 55 degrees you can catch bass on topwater. From the beds, pre spawn, post spawn, today I caught these 5 on buzzbaits in shallow water. nice..ive tried the buzzbait a couple time here in jersey got nothing..i think they r just in the prespawn still or just getting the the beds now..the water by me has to me alittle bit colder than delaware
