THE BASS COLLEGE

Went out for a few hours this past Friday, only to lose about $10 of baits to submerged stumps and such.  Nothing doing.  I thought the water fowl I spotted choking down a small bluegill next to my spot was a good omen, but it turns out he got lucky, and nothing else was moving.  Hopefully this week of 60+ degree weather will wake up the bass.  This friday, I'm hitting the small ponds that usually start up before the larger bodies of water.  Of course, because it's so nice outside, sitting at work is PAINFUL.  Without it, though, I wouldn't be able to afford to go fishing!
