just curious about other peoples favorite topwater baits. Topwater is my favorite tecnique right now and i'm always looking to try new things!

A hula popper works good for me. it moves tons of water once you give it a good pop. try one out im sure you'll love it

Heavy Grass:

1) Spro Poppin Frog

2) Spro Bronzeye Frog

3) Deps Bassiriski

Sparse Grass/Pads:

1) Rage Tail Shad

2) Sizmic Toad

3) "Worlds Best Bass Frog" (site sponsor, I haven't actually tried it yet but it looks awesome and swam well in my unstocked neighborhood pond)

Open Water:

1) Rico

2) Lucky Craft Gunfish

3) XCalibur Zell Pop

I fish topwater alot and I would say a large majority of the fish are caught on either the heddon teeny torpedo or a popper of some kind which of course means there my favorite

you guys should try out the river2sea frog it is a great frog and comes in perfect sizes. The nose of it allows it to walk perfectly and it can pop pretty well also.

Nothing really compares with a Deps Barisky frog although that River 2 Sea one is a good bait. The 2 frogs I use the most are a Barisky and a Spro Poppn' Frog.
