These are the baits I plan on throwing tomorrow for the last club event of the year. 5" Yamamoto and Z-man Paddlerz. Hopefully the water is not to stained or muddy. Plan on fishing ledges, humps and rock piles on down side of points. The fishing has been tuff around here for about 3 weeks so something has to change. So I am looking elsewhere for the bigguns.

We had that today Tom. Took my wife to the lake to test out my prop. When we pulled in the the ramp area she said" I AM NOT GOING OUT WITH YOU!!"lol  Only 15 mph tomorrow.

Well the weatherman was wrong again. Go figure on that one. 6 to 12 mph winds turned out to be 15 to 25. So any way to start off the day at 38 degrees and the prop I just put on and tested yesterday had a hard time getting the boat up with 2 anglers in the ride. So straight back to the ramp and switch out the prop. Headed down to south end by the dam area to search for some smallies. Water temps ranged from 60 to 63 threw out the day. Water clarity was good 1 to 2 feet. Started chukin swimbaits and have 20 minutes got my first hook up. Smallie on then off. Only bite on the swimbait in 3 hours. So switched game plans due to the winds blowing me off the spots I was teargeting. So switched to fishing points, and nothing happeniong. They are pulling water out of the lake and already down 2 and a half feet. After the points went into some coves to look for logs and hooked up with one keeper. Not too many logs in the water due to them dropping the lake but their where some. Caught that keeper on a lipless crankbait. All in all was a bad day to be fishing Alum. Here is a pic of the big bass of the tournament caught by Ted. 4.13 smallie on drop shot in 7 foot of water.,
