THE BASS COLLEGE

Today me and Prostaffer Scott Barbosa Meet up at Sawdy pond around 830am this morning! We had a slow start in the morning! catching a few dinks here and there on Swimjigs and Rattle traps. The weather was decent! Nice and overcast with water temps from 58-60 degrees. we ran into a little sprinkle of rain but it wasnt bad! it was around 58 degrees outside! probably around 930am the fishing picked up! catching decent 2 to 3 pounders. we caught abunch of of bass! Scott hooked a Bass that was very weird, Had a head of a 3lb fish but its body was an half an inch wide. Also Missing an eye...  The Pickerel was Def. there. chasing bait fish.Hitting anything from swimjigs to Rattle traps! (lost my Fav Rattle trap today on a gaint pickerel.cut my line CLEAN. )  we were off the water around 240pm. anyways it was another fun trip with scott! heres a few pics from today

We had a late start.Weather was perfect in my eyes. I tried some topwater with only 1 blowup with a spook . they didn't care for the buzzbait.most bass where caught in 6-8 f.o.w most of the one i caught were on a black and blue jig slowly crawling on the bottom across rock ( even 1 eye willie)lol. a few smaller ones on the trap. all-in-all it was a good day.
