Dec 2, 2011, Tim’s Ford Fishing Reports – Spent the day on the lake with Ben from Virginia and his buddy Nick from Murfreesboro, TN. Once the fog lifted this morning we had Blue bird skies all day made it nice fishing weather and the guys had a blast. We found fish on main lake and on secondary points and about half way in to pockets in the mid lake area. Water temps dropped a little to 55-57 degrees depending on what part of the lake you’re on. Our best fish came on Tightline Football Jig’s (Guntersville Special and Pumpkin Orange) and Spot Removers rigged with a sped craws and grubs. Nice fish. Im in Tullahoma which is about 10 mins from Tims Ford havent fished for smallmouth yet only largemouth and not sure how to fish in the winter since this was my first year bass fishing. What boat ramp did yall put in?
